Transporting your pet can often be a frightening experience for your fur baby.
Typically, most people fly their pets via cargo. This is NOT an option for any type of snub-nosed dog because it could kill them! With a Flight Nanny Service, your pet(s) will never be put in the cargo hold. Instead, they will have a fun experience with a loving nanny by their side throughout their journey.

How Long Before You Can Provide A Delivery Service?
We will try our best work around YOUR schedule and can get your pet delivered quickly, usually with in two weeks. Please look at our travel calendar and research dates and ticket prices that suit your needs prior to booking.

When Should I Contact You to Book?
Once you have purchased or have a need to transport your pet, you can contact us to schedule the transport.

How Much Does Flight Nanny ServicesCost?
Prices will include the full amount of a round-trip ticket usually from Las Vegas. A $125 Airline Pet Fee. $500 service fee for the nanny. If a round trip is not able to be completed on the same day, a $150 fee will be added for a hotel and checked bag for the flight nanny.

Do You Bring ThePet To My Home?
Drop off service to your location can be accommodated up to 50 miles from arriving airport for an additional $50. Please keep in mind when using this service, it delays the return time and the flight nanny might need to spend the night. If this is the case, then a $150 overnight fee will be implemented.

Will My Puppy Need Supplies During The Trip?
NO!Each trip we will provide your pup with purified water, multiple exercise breaks, disposable potty pads, pet bedding, and a toy for your fur baby to keep.

Can You Take More Than One Pet At a Time?
Yes! We can take more than one pet weight and breed. We can also arrange for more than one Flight Nanny if necessary. If both pets cannot comfortably fit into one carrier, an additional $125 Airline Pet Fee will be needed to transport pets in two separate carriers.

Can You Provide Updates During the Trip?
We will send you pictures, videos, and updates from the start of your pets’ journey.

Do I Need aPetCarrier?
Your fur babymust be able to fit in a soft sided carrier no larger than 18″ x 12″ x 12″ and weigh less than 22 lbs. You may purchase a carrier from us, and we will deliver it to the new owners. Please note: For the safety of your pet, we do not reuse carriers.

Where Do We Meet ToPick Up/ Drop Off The Pet?
The typical meeting area in the airport is the Baggage Claim area or the TSA Security checkpoint area.

How Will Shipper Know Delivery Is Completed?
The Flight Nanny will text shipper to confirm the transport is complete and will send picture verification.
